"This place is amazing", was the first thing I thought of as soon as I walked into the hotel. I was first greeted with a lovely smile and warm welcome by Buse, the concierge. She was an absolute delight and made me a coffee, just because! And how's this, she even did a Turkish-custom reading of the inside of my coffee cup! She made the introduction to the hotel a very memorable one with many questions answered and information given via translation text on hand. She was also kind enough to invite me downstairs to the lunch hall, which the food there was incredible by the way, but I'll get to that soon. Then we met another warm-hearted lady called Bahar in the lobby, and she was kind enough to help with any enquiries about my stay, and when I got settled in, she rang my room to ask if she could hand over a platter of fruit to thank me for staying! Superb management material. Down in the lunch hall, I met the very beautiful-hearted chef called Elif Mutfok Sef, (I asked her full-name and with permission, she gave it to me because I wanted to write her whole name on this review) she had done what only a handful of people have done at hotels for me specifically - To cook me a home-made meal from scratch! She was so happy to make me a breakfast I wouldn't forget. If it wasn't for these 3 ladies, I don't think I would contemplate a second stay on my next visit to Istanbul from Sydney. 5 star service.

We recently stayed for a week at The Gate 30Suites hotel in Atasehir. Booked two rooms. The hotel’s location is easy to find, and while it doesn’t have its own parking, there are street parking options nearby. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by a friendly and attentive receptionist who helped us with any questions throughout our stay. The surrounding area is lively, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and shopping malls within easy reach. Our rooms were spacious, well-equipped, and impeccably cleaned each day by the housekeeping staff, who were always cheerful and welcoming. The hotel itself is new, modern, and very clean. I would highly recommend it to family and friends, and I look forward to staying here again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at The Gate Hotel in Istanbul! The hotel is very clean, modern, and well located. I would especially like to emphasize the friendly and helpful staff. A very special thank you goes to Bahar – she was incredibly kind, attentive, and always tried to make my stay as pleasant as possible. Her warm personality made my stay even more enjoyable. Thank you very much! I can absolutely recommend the hotel and would be happy to return.

I think the hotel’s location was excellent — within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. The table and chairs at the entrance added a charming, boutique feel to the place.🤩🤩 The room was very spacious, and the bed was extremely comfortable. You can tell a lot of care went into the design. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I didn’t encounter any issues at all. Everything was just as described.👏🏼 If I travel for business again, I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel without hesitation. ☺️

Staff very kind and helpful. Little difficult to communicate but we figured everything out so no issues. They changed me the room as first one was smelling of cigarettes. Room was wide and comfortable. Position was good for my purposes, also if not very central, anyway I got to Bosforo by bus so not difficult to do!

It's a nice hotel with very friendly staff in my experience. I got a free room upgrade when I came there and some fruits. The rooms are nice and tidy. A highlight was getting an authentic turkish coffee after lunch with Bahar (receptionist that works there) and a delightful chat.

Staff were friendly and helpful especially Saliha who helped me get to the nearby stores and restaurants. The room was clean and comfortable. If you are a Fenerbahce fan you would love staying there as it is 5 minutes walk away from the Ulker arena. Cafés and restaurants are available nearby.

The hotel is nice and cozy. All the staffs at reception are welcoming, always in smile and helpful. Mr. Ilkay was excellent and supported to make my stay as comfortable as possible. At pretty center place with public transport options near by. Lot of food options within 5 minutes and Large shopping complex is just 15 minutes walk.

Good size room, high-quality bed mattress and pillows, clean bathroom. Based on a quiet street so not too much noise compared to other parts of Istanbul. Free car park on the street. Great location if you are driving.

The Gate in Atasehir is my top option when I'm travelling for work. The rooms are specious, clean, room service is great. The stuff is always helpful and nice! The location works great for me since I need to be around Atasehir. I highly recommend this facility.
